1. Returns & Exchanges
We strive to provide high-quality automotive paint products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-mixed or specially formulated paints are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at info@johnspaints.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions, including a return authorization number.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- If a return does not meet our policy criteria, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
- Custom-mixed orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
