Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide high-quality automotive paint products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Custom-mixed or specially formulated paints are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service at info@johnspaints.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will provide return instructions, including a return authorization number.
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

2. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • If a return does not meet our policy criteria, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
  • Custom-mixed orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
