2. Products & Orders

  • We specialize in automotive paints, industrial coatings, and related products.
  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee exact color matching due to screen display variations.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, fraud suspicion, or pricing inaccuracies.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, EFT payments, and other approved payment methods.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing and shipment.
  • VAT and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship within South Africa.
  • Estimated shipping time for major areas is 3 to 5 business days from when the order is shipped.
  • Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take longer.
  • Delays due to couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or order cancellations.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-mixed paints are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We guarantee that our products meet industry standards for automotive and industrial paint.
  • However, we are not liable for improper application, surface preparation issues, or unintended results.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of John's Auto and Industrial Paints and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any South African laws or third-party rights.
