Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

In-Store Collection (Click & Collect):
Free in-store pickup is available at our physical location:

Delays:
