M 'n'M MATTING-MOUSSE One-Step water based abrasive cleaning and preparation system. For the preparation of panels for painting, for blending-in of new paintwork when carrying out local repairs and for clear coat preparation. 3-in-1 Saves Time: Triple-action Flatting Paste, abrades, cleans and completely degreases in one easy step.   Consistent even key for blend areas: Enhances coating adhesion by creating smooth even surface preventing any 'swelling ' in blend areas. Prevents problems of scratches or tramlines that can sometimes appear through the clear coat (To be used in combination with a Grey/Ultra fine Nylon Pad)   Easy to  apply for use on both  Soft and Ha rd Paintwork:  Works fast in ideal combination with nylon finishing pads (Red VF or Grey/ultra-fine) maintaining consistent abrasive action. For difficult access areas e.g. around door handles use with micro-fibre or cotton cloth. Corners and crevices: Uniform matting and cleaning action gives the perfect key in hard-to-reach areas - e.g.: doorjambs and sills, drip channels, door locks, handles etc. Water-based:  Easy to wipe off from prepared surfaces, leaving no residues to impair paint adhesion. Universal: For use on all today s advanced paint finishes including: High Build Primers,Water based, High Solids (HS), Medium Solids (MS) and OEM finishes.   For Manual Application: For Paint Applications: Use in combination with a Red VF Nylon finishing Pad For Blend Applications: Use in combination with a Grey Ultra-fine Nylon finishing pad Using clean water, saturate the nylon' hand pad then apply M'n'M to the wet pad. Using medium to firm pressure abrade surface using even pad strokes in a criss-cross action to create the foam cleaning action until the panel is thoroughly cleaned and the desired matt finish is obtained For matting larger surface areas, repeat the saturation process and add additional M'n'M to the pad to maintain the foaming action throughout the matting process.   For Machine Application: For Paint Applications: Use in combination with a Red VF Nylon finishing Pad For Blend Applications: Use in combination with a Grey Ultra-fine Nylon finishing pad Using clean water, apply a fine spray to both the nylon pad and surface area, then apply M'n'M to the wet pad. Machine the surface area at approximately 1000RPM (Machine speed) with light/medium pressure. Machine the surface in a criss-cross action to create a foaming action. This will ensure a consistently even matt finish is obtained. Re-application may be necessary for larger surface areas and to ensure a uniform matt finish.   Clean Up  after selected matting  process:  All pre­ treated areas must be wiped down thoroughly with a damp cloth or solvent wipe and dried prior to paint application.
